My husband and I got to travel to beautiful St. Lucia for our honeymoon. A highlight from the trip was a cruise to the southern part of the island to see the Pitons, two volcano spires that are the National Landmark. Rum punch flowed all week and became our staple cocktail. "Rum Punch with the Pitons" is about fond memories of new beginnings.
