"A Break in the Clouds" is an original abstract painting created on 16 x 20 Arches cold-pressed paper with deckled edges. Paper makes for a very interesting surface and allows me to offer larger originals at a more affordable price. See the second photo that shows how this piece might look framed.

This painting was created using an impasto method where I applied thickened acrylic paints with palette knives. I just love the beautiful blend of colors and unique texture generated with this technique. Soft pastel marks add a delicate human touch. This piece can easily be framed - see the second photo for some inspiration.
